– Late Check-In (after opening times) is possible, and for that you will receive Self Check In instructions, after the accommodation is paid.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, and UnionPay. This ensures you have convenient and flexible payment options during your stay. If you have any questions about payment methods or need assistance, please feel free to ask our reception staff.
To ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all our guests, we have implemented the following damage deposit policy:
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required from all guests. This deposit serves as security against any damage caused to our property during your stay.
The deposit is fully refundable, provided no damage occurs and all house rules are respected.
In the event that guests break our house rules—such as smoking in the studios, playing loud music, hosting parties, issues that are disturbing other guests —a EUR 100 fine will be charged.
Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused and will be charged accordingly.
Our damage policy affects only about 1% of our guests. However, by implementing this measure, we are protecting the other 99% who act responsibly and respectfully. We kindly ask for your understanding that this policy has been put in place for the safety and well-being of the vast majority of our guests.
We greatly appreciate your recognition and understanding that this policy exists not against, but for the benefit of the majority. This allows us to ensure a pleasant and secure environment for all guests who behave appropriately.
We do not accommodate stag or hen parties, or party guests in general and as such, group reservations for these events are not permitted.

We warmly welcome families with young children at our accommodation. For your convenience, we offer a complimentary cot or crib for children up to 2 years old. Additionally, children up to 6 years of age can stay free of charge when sharing the parents’ bed, making your family trip both easy and affordable. If you would like to request a cot or crib for your studio, please let us know in advance so we can have everything prepared for your arrival. We look forward to making your family’s stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
For the comfort and hygiene of all our guests, we do not allow animals on board. Thank you for your understanding.
To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests, both Amber Gardenview Studios and Amber Terraces Studios maintain a strict non-smoking policy, which means all our studios are non-smoking. This policy is not only a house rule but also a legal requirement for accommodation providers in Budapest.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all studio apartments and common areas throughout both properties.
Legal Requirement: Compliance with this policy is mandated by local law.
Smoke Detectors: Smoke detectors are installed throughout both properties to ensure guest safety and enforce this policy.
Penalty for Violation: A €100 fine will be applied to any guest who violates the non-smoking rule.
Guest Safety: These measures are in place to protect the well-being of all guests and to maintain the quality of our facilities.

Where is it allowed to smoke ?
We provide designated smoking areas at both of our properties for the comfort and convenience of all guests. At Amber Terrace Studios, the assigned smoking area is located in the courtyard, where you will find ashtrays and seating. At Amber Gardenview Studios, smoking is permitted in the garden area, and ashtrays are provided there as well.
If you are unable to locate the designated smoking areas, please consult with our reception staff for assistance. We kindly ask that you use only these areas for smoking and respect the presence of other guests by following our house rules. Smoking is always permitted on public streets outside the property. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment for everyone.
