Please note that we operate a single reception for both locations, which is located at Amber Gardenview Studios, Veres Pálné utca 26, 1053 Budapest. When you arrive, you’ll find our doorbell labeled ""Amber Studios"" to the right of the entrance. Our other location, Amber Terrace Studios, is located in Veres Pálné utca 7, 1053 Budapest, just 100 meters apart and managed through a single reception.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM at our reception, located at 26 Veres Pálné utca, 1053 Budapest at Amber Gardenview Studios. You can check in at reception between 3:00 PM and 6:30 PM for both Amber Gardenview Studios and Amber Terrace Studios.
If you plan to arrive after our reception hours, you will need to use our self-check-in service. Please email us your expected arrival time. If you are arriving outside of reception hours, we will provide you with detailed self-check-in instructions.
Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, all guests are required to upload their identification documents into our online registration system which is connected to the Hungarian VIZA system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
For guests with a reservation at Amber Terrace Studios (7 Veres Pálné utca), if you arrive after reception hours, you will check in directly at that location using our self-check-in process—there is no need to visit the reception at Amber Gardenview Studios.

If your studio becomes available before the standard 3:00 PM check-in time, we will be happy to notify you and offer early check-in. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and can only be confirmed on the day of your arrival; we are unable to guarantee it in advance.
If you arrive after 7 PM, self-check-in is required. Please inform us in advance if you will be arriving outside our reception hours. Your accommodation must be fully paid, and your documents uploaded to our online registration system, as required by law. Once your reservation is active and paid, you will have access to the registration portal. After completing registration, we will send you detailed self-check-in instructions, including how to retrieve your key from our keybox system and access your studio.
Please also note whether your accommodation is at Amber Gardenview Studios (Veres Pálné utca 26) or Amber Terrace Studios (Veres Pálné utca 7), as this is important for your arrival.

Check-out time at Amber Studios Budapest is by 10:00 AM. You can check out at our reception, where you’ll also find our luggage room for your convenience. Alternatively, you can simply leave your studio and drop your key in one of the “AMBER KEYS” letter boxes, which are located in the common areas and near the entrance doors of both properties. This makes check-out quick and easy, whether you choose to visit reception or use the key drop boxes.
We offer a fast and seamless check-in process through our online registration system, which you can complete before your arrival in Budapest. If you prefer, you may also proceed directly to your studio and check in independently, without visiting our reception.
For guests arriving after our on-site reception closes at 7:00 PM, we provide a convenient self check-in option. Using our online registration and secure keyboy system, you will be able to access the key for your assigned studio and enter your accommodation at your arrival time.

You may securely store your bicycles in the inner courtyards of Amber Gardenview Studios or Amber Terrace Studios. It is not permitted to keep bicycles inside the studios.

For a three-night stay, we provide one cleaning and towel change. For longer stays, cleaning and towel service are offered every third day. If you stay for seven nights, we will also change your bed linen once during your visit.
It is strictly prohibited to remove towels from the accommodation. All towels provided are intended for use exclusively within your accommodation at Amber Studios. This policy helps us ensure proper hygiene, maintain the quality of our amenities, and provide all guests with clean towels throughout their stay. Yes, you can safely drink the tap water in our studios. The water is clean, hygienic, and comes from the high-quality springs of Gellért Hill. Many guests enjoy its fresh taste. If you prefer bottled water, there are several food shops nearby where you can easily purchase it.
Amber Studios operates two separate locations, each just 100 meters apart and managed through a single reception. Amber Gardenview Studios are situated at 26 Veres Pálné utca, where our reception is also located. Amber Terrace Studios can be found at 7 Veres Pálné utca, a short walk from the main building. Both properties offer Small, Medium, and Large Studios, all similarly equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. The main difference is their address and proximity to the reception; otherwise, guests can expect the same level of amenities and service at both locations.
At Amber Studios Budapest, each studio apartment is equipped with air conditioning for the summer months and central heating during the winter, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round at both Amber Studios properties.
Amber Gardenview Studios in Veres Palne utca 26, where our reception is conveniently located does not have an elevator. All studios are situated on either the ground floor or the first floor and are accessible only by stairs. The staircase is wide and gently sloped, making it relatively easy to use.
Amber Terrace Studios, located in Veres Palne utca 7, is equipped with an elevator for your comfort and convenience. Studios in this building are located on the first and second floors. Please be aware that the building also features a half floor (mezzanine), so your studio may be positioned on what is effectively the second or third floor. The elevator has a maximum capacity of 3 persons.

Children and infants can be accommodated in Medium and Large Studios, but not in Small Studios.
